The authentic Mexican cuisine is notorious for its large and varied selection of delicious appetizers... and many caterers, even outside Mexico, have caught on to the vast array of choices mexican appetizers offer. Many different words are used throughout Latin america to refer to "snacks" in spanish; but only in Mexico we use "Botanas" or "Antojitos".
