Recipe for Mexican Onion Chicken


* 1 whole chicken, cut in pieces
* 3 cups chicken broth
* 3 big onions, sliced to thick slices
* Thyme to taste
* Half cup white vinegar
* 1/2 Lettuce
* Oil for frying
* Parsley to taste
* Salt to taste
* Pepper to taste


1) Clean the chicken pieces and discard the skin and extra fat; season with salt and pepper. In a skillet large enough to fry the chicken pieces, heat up enough oil then fry each piece of chicken on low heat to give them color.
